Coastal nature at its best: follow the cycle route from Heist-Aan-Zee and Konokke-Heist to Cadzand-Bad. The dyke connection between Knokke-Heist and the Zwin Nature Park guides you from Belgium to Cadzand-Bad. Great for discovering coastal nature in a relaxed way. The route is 15 kilometres long and is also 4 metres wide in many places, making it very comfortable for cycling, walking or jogging. From four lookout points, walkers, hikers, joggers and cyclists will have a great view of the new - wider, deeper and longer - "Zwin channel", the new bird breeding islands and the polder landscape. The four rest areas on the dyke dam are equipped with bicycle stands and benches; information boards provide visitors with information about the Zwin area.
The highlight of the viewpoints and the tour is the 56-metre-long wooden pier, which offers visitors an impressive 360-degree panoramic view of the water landscape of the Zwin area with its breeding islands at low tide and especially at high tide.
